Dog Clothes
Dog clothes are measured by body length. This measurement is taken from the back of your dogs' body, starting from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. If your dog has a chubby body we recommend going up by at least one size in order for a comfy fit. Dogs like us humans come in all different shapes and sizes and in many cases their figure is not always in proportion to the length of their body.
Dog Collars
Dog collars are measured by neck circumference. This measurement is taken from the circumference of the neck where the collar will sit.
Dog Harnesses
Dog harnesses are measured by maximum chest circumference. This is the widest part of your dog's chest, usually just behind the front legs.
Do I need to register to membership?
Registering with oodpet.com helps make the ordering process as you can quick check the prices, and allows you to download our lists, also we'll send our new product lists to our registered membership preferentially. Though you can contact us without registering by sending email or calling.
By registering, will I automatically receive marketing emails from you?
Your details are not shared with any third parties. You will receive some emails or news only by Oodpet if we have new products or updating prices. The emails is opt-out and you can be removed from the Oodpet mailing list at any time by contacting us, updating your email preferences in your account login or by clicking the remove link on the newsletter email from Oodpet.

What method of payment are accepted by oodpet.com?
oodpet.com accepts: Telegraphic Transfer, West Union, MoneyGram, L/C, PayPal and Cash.
Are prices inclusive of all taxes?
Where products are delivered to you outside of the China you will be responsible for paying any local sales tax or import duties arising at the delivery destination, which are not included in the price of the products. Prices are quoted exclusive of freight and if by Sea or By Air, we'll quote FOB by nearest Port here.
What are your delivery costs?
We can use DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, SF and other Couriers, the prices are fluctuating by different seasons, even months and weeks.
Delivery costs and estimated delivery times will be advised during the order near completing, if in common items and short lead time, we can quote the shiping fees along with the unit price previously.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
What's the lead time? When will I receive the packages after the departure?
We aim to dispatch your order the same or next working day if we have stock, 5-20 days basing on the quantities of the products.
By Couriers, delivered to you within 2-7 working days for the North America, 3-10 days for mainland Europe and 5-15 days for the rest of the World, holidays excepted.
By Sea, 20-30 working days for North America, around 30 working days for mainland Europe & 15-45 working days delivery for the rest of the World.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order had been placed and we've purchased the materials, you can increase or reduce quantities and items, also you can cancel the order, but need you to share the costs.
If I have received the wrong item or only received part of my order or some faulty products?
You can return the wrong item to us, and then we'll send the right ones to you again.
We'll send the rest part of the order to you and bear the extra shipping costs.
If some pieces were broken or unqualified by our reasons, they will be refunded the same value, or to send the same pieces to you, or to add the same items as compensation to the next order.
