About the order:

1. How to place the order?
We try to make it easy, you may call our phone number, email, order online, by mail, or to visit our company to order. Our friendly team is here to help with any questions you have before, during, and after placing your order. Our sales and technical experts will review all the details to help you get the right products you need and to ensure you have the maximum profits possible.

2. How can we get a sample to check the quality before to place the order?
After you confirmed the price, you can require for samples to check our products’ quality.
If you need the new making samples, please send us your designs in documents, we’ll make them for you. 

3. Can we get a rush order?
It may depend on the complexity of the order, if it takes many customized processes, we can’t finish the order in a rush. If it’s easy and all under our own company’s control, then we can do that. Anyway, we’ll try our best to finish the order in a shortest time, if you want to receive it for a rush.

4. Can I make a change after we place the order?
After an order has been placed, no changes can be made, especially for changing the patterns. Please review your order carefully when confirming everything. It may can to add or reduce the quantity, but you should be contact us timely.

5. Can we change designs basing on your products?
Yes, welcome for new ideas on our products, please feel free to contact us for more details.

6. Can you PMS color match?
Yes, we can, but for special colors, if need to be new dyed, there is MOQ requirements.

7. Can you provide samples for checking before the bulk order?
Yes, we can provide free sample for plain dog hoodies, but need you to pay the freight or to arrange the collection of Express.

8. Will you have discounts if we bulk purchase?
Let’s check if you want to purchase products which was far more than our minimum order quantity. Besides, we will have different promotional offers from different seasons, please check our social media or website for details, also we will send emails to our clients for that. 

9. Can we add or less quantities after we placed the order?
Earlier, better. If the processing is near the end, maybe we can add some quantities if there are extra materials, and without delay the lead time. But its hard to less for the customized items. So its better to make all the decision before your place the order.

10. What about the lead time for mass production?
20-30 working days for mass production. It depends on the quantity and the peak production season, we will try our best to meet your requirements.

11. How about the packing?
Usually individual pack with each piece, we can add your logo printed board card, also customize the bags and cartons.

12. What’s your production times and shipping?
Our turnaround time for all sample and small orders is 3-10 business days, for bulk orders is 20-30 days, please keep in mind that this does not include shipping times. If we have products in stock, it will be faster.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information. If you need an expedited shipping please contact us and let us check how you would like it shipped. We will then invoice you for the difference of costs.

13. How much will it be cost to ship our orders?
We offer four kinds of shipping, please check the up specification for details, which vary in cost for different season. See shipping prices near the order be finishing.

14. Do you offer quantity discounts when we place the order?
We will offer discounts basing on the quantities, if much more than the minimum order quantity, or reorder the items many times within 1 year, there is discount .

15. Can we collect our orders?
Yes, for packages by Express, by Air and by Sea, you can arrange the collection and pick them up from our factory directly.

16. What forms of payment do you accept?
T/T, West Union, Paypal or kinds or Credit Card. We also accept cash if you place the order face to face in our company.

17. How to track our orders when they have been sent out?
We’ll send waybill numbers to you for tracking, also UPS, FedEx, TNT or DHL will call you and the package will be sent to your door. If by Sea, we’ll send the B/L to you timely, you can contact with your shipping agent for updating.

18. Our order is partly damaged during the shipping, what should we do?
We always ensure all of our products are well presented. However, accident happens during the shipping, which is out of our control, we’ll ask the shipping agent and insurance company for the compensation, and then we’ll make up for you for the same value, or reproduce the damaged products, please let us know the quantity and send us photos or videos, we will replace them for you.

19. Returns & refunds
If there are some unqualified products or some pieces missed, we will refund or make new pieces send to you, or make them along with the next order.
If the order is totally wrong, we will reproduce the order or return the payment and make the compensation.

1. Which pet products your company can manufactures? 
Now we just produce dog harness and dog clothes. We have a strong advantage of OEM, just give us the actual products or your designs that you want, we will manufacture for you. Also we can purchase other related pet products for you with very low commission.

2. Can I buy dog harness and dog clothes directly from you or any retail store?
Usually we don’t do retails, but we can sell if we have stock in some items, we sell dog harness should be without any logo or label of our customers on them.
We can introduce our clients to you and you can buy the dog harness from them, by their internet or retail store.

3. Will we have to pay customs or duty fees?
Shipments to some countries should not require customs or duty fees if the value is low, for examples as United States, Canada and Australia. But shipments to some other countries may be subject to duties and taxes, such as EU countries. If in bulk, these charges must be paid by the customer before the packages are released and delivered, for more details, please contact us.

4. 
What’s your peak season for producing?
For winter items, it better to arrange the orders by the early of the year, we can finish the production and ship them out by the middle of the year, then you can receive the shipment around August and September. Generally, our peak season for producing is August to November.  

5. How can we visit your company?
Make an appointment, we’ll arrange the staff to pick you up as airport or railway station.   

6. Do you deliver these products all the world?
Yes, we dispatch orders all over the world in theory, but this depend on the Express and shipping agent service area, we can ship our products to where them can reach.

7. What’s the shipping ways for the order?
For samples, we use FedEx, UPS, DHL or other related Express, also you can arrange the collection.
For bulk order, the goods usually by Air or by Sea, you can use your shipping agent or use ours. There are door to door service by Fast Ship.

8. Will you charge sale taxes on our orders?
No, we’ll not add taxes on the order, you should pay the duties when you receiving the products, It basing on your policy of the Customs. 

9. Do you accept ideas, feedback and suggestions on your products?
Yes! We welcome and appreciate all sorts of feedback, suggestions, and ideas on products and our service, please send your thoughts freely to our email:  vivian@oodpet.com

10. Are you work on public holidays?
Yes, you can find us whenever even on the weekend, there is a reply within 2-6 hours, but we have to response delayed during our traditional Spring Festival.

11. Can you provide your products for Amazon or Ebay sellers?
Yes, we can be as their supplier, logo, label and other related accessories can be add on the products, to customize bags and cartons, also we can send the packages directly to the warehouse by FBA.

12. When can we get the response or quotation?
We usually make response within 6 hours after we get the emails. If you are very urgent to get the price or have other affairs, please call us directly by phone number.  

13. What are your terms for delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.      
                

14. May I know what’s the nearest Port and Airport from your company? Can we visit your company?
The nearest Port is Ningbo, then Shanghai. The nearest Airport is Yiwu, then Hangzhou. Welcome to visit our company, we’ll arrange the car to pick you up.
